6. Billing Verification
To help prevent fraudulent transactions, please ensure that your billing information matches the details registered with your payment provider. Orders identified by our automated fraud detection systems may be temporarily delayed or cancelled to help protect the security of the cardholder.
7. Refunds
All refunds are processed in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy. Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days and credited only to the original payment method used when placing the order.
